By registering, purchasing, or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

3. Use of Services

By using our Services, you agree to:

Respect other students and instructors within our community spaces.

Any misuse or unauthorized sharing of our materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Payments & Billing

All course fees and subscription prices are listed in [currency] and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until the balance is settled.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience.

However, because our content is digital, we maintain a 7-day refund policy (or as otherwise stated on the course sales page).

Refunds may be granted if:

You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
You have accessed less than 20% of the course content.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Completed or substantially used courses.
Downloaded materials.
Mentorship or live training sessions once attended.

6. Course Access & License

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own educational use.

You do not own the content, and we retain all rights to the intellectual property within our courses.

Access duration may vary depending on the course or membership plan — please check the course description for details.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by TradeLogic Academy — including videos, text, designs, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, share, record, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Violations of this section may lead to legal action.

8. Mentorship & Community Conduct

Our live mentorship sessions and community forums are designed for learning and collaboration.

You agree to:

Communicate respectfully with instructors and other members.
Not share private session links or community content externally.
Not post promotional, offensive, or inappropriate material.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

9. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees of earnings or trading performance.

Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Success in trading depends on your personal effort, discipline, market conditions, and risk management.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeLogic Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

This includes, but is not limited to, losses from trading decisions, data loss, or system errors.

12. Account Termination
